Two six hour workshops designed to:

Embodying Personal Vision I This playshop provides a structure for discovering your personal vision. We' ll explore the importance of having a personal vision, the source of vision, obstacles to clarity, and resources for discovery and development. We'll guide you in designing an individualized program and support your commitment to personal discovery as a life process. Presenter portrait
Embodying Personal Vision II This playshop will deepen your understanding of the tools needed for embodying personal vision. After exploring core values, personal style, gifts & talents, we'll compare these with the results of your personal discovery from EPV I. Your revised vision statement will anchor the further expression of personal mission, goals & strategies.

Intended Learning Outcomes

Each hour will provide:

Hour 1 – Commitment to the process. Stress Management.

The participant will commit to full participation in the workshop and to implementing the tools to manage stress in their life.

Hour 2 – Prayer

The participant will understand the importance of prayer and will have committed to a daily practice.

Hour 3 – Reality Management

The participant will have worked an issue through a reality management worksheet.

Hour 4 – Support

The participant will have identified and committed to two sources of support.

Hour 5 – Shadow work

The participant will have identified a shadow belief that interferes with living purposefully.

Hour 6 – Meditation

The participant will understand and have experienced the process of entering meditation.

Hour 7 – Discernment

The participant will have a sense of the classic discernment process and have experienced adapting it to their process of visioning.

Hour 8 – Core Values

The participant shall have chosen their top six core values.

Hour 9 – Vision

The participant will have framed or clarified a life vision.

Hour 10 – Mission

The participant will have framed or clarified a life mission.

Hour 11 – Goals

The participant will have chosen three short term, three medium term and three long term goals.

Hour 12 – Strategy

The participant will have chosen two action steps for each goal.
